The skillsets and combos provide a variety of playstyles and strategies and often lead to comebacks,making each battle intense and dramatic.As for the storymode,it's not much,you can mostly use it for watching your custom character in cutscenes and practising.Overall, I believe this game is ideal for the casual gamer who gets hyped with anime battles(the cinematics of the abilities are thrilling) and wants to have fun with his friends or grind online.. You either love it or hate it. I love it, all my friends hate it. They hate it because they can't play it as well as I can. I can't get enough of it. You like fighting games and anime but want pretty much all the iconic anime characters a non-anime watcher will recognize, then get this game. Wait for it to go on sale though, because ninety dollars is pretty hefty.. Here's a short review of the game after playing for 1 hour:- Overall game is okay- Graphics was not that great- Combat felt plain, repetitive and it didn't really feel fun (Relied a lot on cinematics)- The story was really boring- Don't get the game if you don't own a controller- The concept of different anime characters in one game is the main reason for getting this game. REAL WEEB HOURS. Terrible just absolutely terrible in every single way from main lobby down to the blocking. Bandai Namco really \u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665ed us on this one. i bought the 100 dollar version and i just uninstalled that should tell you how much of a piece of crap it is.. I recommend this game if you are an anime fan!! I love it is like a dream come true but I will not say it does not have its issues mainly not enough characters as I would like and not enough skills for your own character other than than its pretty good!!.
